My interest in the UX field started when I was working as a help desk assistant. At the time, as a developer, putting myself in the shoes of the user really changed my mind about how important is to create good products that people really want to use, and how making "stuff that works" is just the bare minimum we can offer.
I honestly can't wait to have a cat. His name would be Sissel. If you've ever played Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, you know what I'm talking about.
